Visitor’s Pass & Visiting Hours
Visitor’s Pass
Visitors are requested to collect the Visitor’s and Attendant’s pass from the reception. Only one visitor pass is issued per patient. A reliever pass can be collected from the front office desk at the time of admission procedure. Only one visitor is allowed to visit the ICU.
Visiting Hours
- The hospital visiting hours – Evening – 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm
- The ICU visiting hours – Morning 8:00AM to 09:00AM , Evening 05:00PM to 06:00PM.
- Visiting hours on Sundays and Public Holidays – 10.00 am to 1.00 pm
GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR PATIENT VISITORS
- People with fever, cold sores, cough, nasal drainage, diarrhoea etc., or any contagious disease should not visit patients.
- Owing to confidentiality, visitors may be asked to leave the room during tests or treatments or when doctor/nurses consult with the patient.
- For the reasons of safety, visitation may be limited when the patient is in isolation.
- All patient visitors should maintain a quiet environment in the hospital and avoid unnecessary noise to optimise patient rest. Keep visits short and quiet.
- Visitors are required to screen all purses, handbags or other items on their person in the x-ray machine before their visit.
- Pet animals are not permitted.
